ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?

Yes, we are Licensed and Insured in the State of Hawaii. Please feel free to reach out to us for details on specific questions coverages you may for the type of coverages we have.

DO I NEED AN ARCHITECT?

A licensed architect or engineer is required to review and stamp your drawings for any project valued at over $40,000. We work with a small network of Architects and engineers that we fit to each project depending on the clients wants and needs. Together with our in-house design services, we are able to service all parts of a project from start to finish. Our design team along with our building expertise makes sure we assess a correct budget and stick to it through the design process.

DO YOU DO FREE ESTIMATES?

We do free consultations and are available to schedule a site visit or phone call. Depending on the scope of the project, we are able to either provide you an estimate if you already have plans for us to bid on, or we can provide you with a proposal and budget for your new design-build project free charge!

DO YOU BUILD NEW HOMES OR JUST RENOVATIONS/REMODELS?

We design and build both new homes AND renovations. We do both Bid-Build and Design Build projects of all sizes and have an in-house design team dedicated toward these services. Please inquire with us if you have any questions with any part of a building project.
